2. Data Collected

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that measures aggregate visit data (such as page views, referrers, country, and device type) without using cookies or collecting information that identifies or profiles you individually. It also loads the Calendly scheduling widget (Calendly LLC), a third-party service. The Calendly script loads when you visit the site, and if you open it to book a meeting, Calendly processes the booking details you provide (name, email, selected time) and may set its own cookies. The only personal data we directly process is what you voluntarily provide when contacting us by email, phone, or LinkedIn:

• Name and email address
• Phone number (if provided)
• Company name and job title
• Content of messages sent

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your enquiries and contact requests
• Prepare service proposals
• Execute the service agreement, if one is concluded
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your consent (when contacting us), performance of a contract to which you are party, or compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(a), (b), and (c)).

5. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with technology subprocessors (e.g., Microsoft 365 for communication and Calendly LLC for meeting scheduling) solely for service delivery, bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

6. Retention

Contact data is retained for the period necessary to respond to your enquiry, and for a maximum of 2 years after last contact. Contract-related data is retained for the legally required period (10 years for accounting records).

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your data
• Object to processing or request restriction
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the CNPD (cnpd.pt)

8. Cookies

This website does not use its own tracking or analytics cookies. It does embed the Calendly scheduling widget, which may set third-party cookies and load scripts from Calendly when you open it to book a meeting. No other third-party scripts collect browsing data.
